Our Story

"סטארט אפ להצלחה"- לקידום והנגשת השכלה גבוהה בקרב צעירים יוצאי אתיופיה.

המטרה המרכזית המנחה את התכנית היא הגדלת מספר הסטודנטים יוצאי אתיופיה באקדמיה, והבטחת סיום התואר בהצלחה.
זאת, מתוך תפיסה שלימודים אקדמיים מהווים מנוף לאינטגרציה ראויה בחברה ולהשתלבות בתעסוקה הולמת.

במסגרת זו, הסטודנט נהנה ממעטפת של סיוע הוליסטי, חברתי וכלכלי, החל משלב המכינה ולאורך כל התואר הראשון.
בשנה האחרונה לתואר אנחנו מקנים לסטודנט כלים מעשיים לצורך הכנה לעולם התעסוקה ומלווים אותו באופן אישי, על מנת שימצא תעסוקה ההולמת את כישוריו והשכלתו.

"סטארט אפ להצלחה" היא התכנית היחידה באזור הדרום המשלבת נגישות להשכלה גבוהה, פיתוח מנהיגות צעירה ושילוב בשוק העבודה, והיא פועלת בהצלחה יתרה מזה עשר שנים.
עד מועד כתיבת שורות אלה, הצליחה התוכנית לגעת בחייהם של מאות יוצאי אתיופיה.
צעירים אלו הם המפתח לעתיד טוב יותר ומהווים מודל לחיקוי עבור צעירים רבים.

Start Up For Success – for the advancement of Ethiopian young adults.

The program's best interest is to increase the number of Ethiopian-Israeli students in academia and ensure that they successfully conclude their bachelor degree studies.

Start up Your Success's philosophy is that academic studies are a springboard for proper integration into society and finding suitable employment. It accompanies the student both personally and professionally throughout his or her pursuit of a first academic degree.
In the final year of their bachelor's degree program, we supply the students with practical tools of preparing for the employment world and accompany them personally so that they can find jobs that match their capabilities and education.

Start-up Your Success is the only program in the southern region that combines the goals of (1) making higher education more accessible; (2) developing young leadership; (3) facilitating integration into the labor market. It has operated very successfully for ten years.

To date, the program has succeeded in touching the lives of hundreds of Ethiopian-Israelis.
These young people are the key to a better future for all of Israeli society.
