Today I want to raise some awareness around addiction.

I see addiction as a big problem right now, especially for people working at home in their personal and individual lives.

It's not just an addiction to alcohol or gambling or prescribed medication.

There's all kind of addictions right now like shopping addictions, s*x addictions and po*******hy.

All of this can be very destructive to families and relationships.

As an EAP provider, I was able to bring together a network of coaches, counsellors and recovering mentors to address this addiction problem.
