Yesterday we visited The Abbey Community College for the launch of their website and petition to make a change in Ireland today and STOP homelessness. If everyone could please sign their petition https://www.change.org/p/irish-governenment-political-representatives-help-us-end-homelessness-in-ireland?recruiter=522371345&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink , its so quick and easy to do and can make a huge difference. 5540 people were listed as homeless in December 2015, 1616 of whom are children. 41 families became homeless in December 2015. Another 125 families became homeless in January 2016. This number will continue to increase as the epidemic continues due to pressure from banks and lack of services to support people in crisis. Also Hearing the stories from the The High Hopes Choir was such an eye opener But also so inspirational of how far they have come. If everyone can please sign the petition and share to your friends, A huge well done too Everyone on the One Campaign For Change You are really going to make a difference. We a delighted to sign this , And finally put a STOP to homelessness as no one deserves to be sleeping rough or having no where to go to feel safe and secure. Thank You :)
