🇮🇪✈️🇦🇹 Erasmus+ Job Shadowing in Vienna!

Our German and Business teacher Yulia Giyazova recently completed a highly rewarding Erasmus+ Job Shadowing placement at AHS Wien West Gymnasium in Vienna, Austria.
The visit provided an excellent opportunity to gain insights into the Austrian education system, observe innovative language teaching methodologies, and see CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) in action. It was inspiring to witness creative approaches that encourage student engagement, communication, and language development.
A particular highlight was learning about the school’s sports specialisation programme, which successfully combines academic excellence with athletic development.

Together, we continue to learn, connect, and grow through Erasmus+! 🇪🇺

Our third-year JCSP students received their student profiles last week. Congratulations to Riona, recipient of the Brenda Holden JCSP Award 2025/2026. Well done, everyone, and best of luck in your exams. 🎉🎉

Three of our teachers, Ms. Tebay, Ms. Dermody & Ms. Tarrant recently spent five days job shadowing at Don Bosco, Nice, France 🇫🇷

This was a highly beneficial experience that enabled the development of diverse pedagogical approaches and provided firsthand understanding of the French educational system. The visit also helped to build new connections and strengthen relationships for future projects and student and staff mobilities 🤝 We also welcomed three teachers from the same school back to the Presentation in May where they also completed three days of job shadowing.
