Let’s normalise:

😊 Giving a quick overview of the lesson.
⏱️ Pausing after asking questions.
⏰ Giving “thinking time” before expecting an answer.
👉 Avoiding putting them on the spot.
📖 Giving one instruction at a time.
🎧 Using accessible reading methods.
💫 Letting them show their understanding in a different way.
