Why Reflexology Is Becoming More Popular Than Ever! Diploma in Foot Reflexology: 5th/6th September

A Reflexologist’s Most Valuable Assessment Tool
One thing I constantly remind myself is to take the time to examine the feet at the start of every treatment.
The feet can tell us so much about a person’s health and wellbeing if we take the time to observe them carefully.
It’s a tip I often share with my students: don’t rush. Pause, observe, and pay attention to what the feet are telling you. They can provide valuable clues that help guide your treatment and give you a deeper understanding of your client.
Introducing Our New NRRI Accreditation – The Ultimate Reflexology Training, a One-Day Course on 27 June 2026 at St Patrick’s College, Drumcondra, Dublin.
Difference between Reflexology and a foot massage…. A foot massage can be relaxing…
But reflexology is so much more 👣
True reflexology uses precise techniques and targeted pressure to create effective treatments and real results.
Technique is what makes the difference ✨
👣 Not just feet… a map of the body.
In reflexology, unusual marks, swelling, corns and calluses can sometimes mirror stress or imbalance elsewhere in the body.
Fascinating, isn’t it? ✨
