I will help you achieve the goals with motto ''Quality over Quantity'' in mind. Sport Management & Coaching) has been training for over 15 years. He currently works for over 5 years at Sport ’Sport Ireland‘ ‘as a fitness instructor and also works as a fitness trainer for the "NAC Swim Club" where he gained vast experience by training a large variety of people from seniors to young elite athletes.

Hi, Christmas is over and many of us have gained a few extra pounds during this ‘‘all you can eat ‘‘period . At the
same time, we live currently in a world where many people work remotely and the activity levels are declining.
We are looking for 10 brave people who want to do something for themselves, get fit in 4 weeks, lose weight and
have fun exercise time. This program is suitable for all fitness levels from beginners all the way to advanced.
Program is going to be led by coach Martin, who has many years of practice as a fitness and S&C coach at the
National Sports Campus in Ireland. Martin would like to share this way his experience and engage with wider
audience, therefore he devotes his time and positive energy in this pilot program to you for ‘‘FREE ‘‘.

All we will need from the 10 brave is participation in the induction, complete at least 2-3 X workouts per week, 30-45
minutes and if you enjoy it and you will feel that way, write us a review. Trainings will consist of a combination of
Strength, HIIT and Functional training + Nutrition.

Hľadáme 10 odvážnych ľudí ktorý chcú pre seba niečo urobiť , dostať sa počas 4 týždňov do formy, schudnúť pár Kg a zároveň sa odreagovať formou zábavného cvičenia. Tento program je vhodný pre všetky levely fitnessu, od začiatočníkov až po pokročilých.

Program bude viesť tréner Martin, ktorý ma dlhoročnú prax ako fitness a kondičný tréner v Národnom Športovom Kampuse v Írsku. Martin by sa chcel týmto štýlom podeliť o svoje skúsenosti a zaujať aj širšiu verejnosť a preto Vám v tomto pilotnom programe venuje svoj čas a pozitívnu energiu ¨ZADARMO¨

Jediné čo budeme od 10 statočných potrebovať je účasť na indukcii, odcvičiť minimálne 2-3 X tréningy týždenne, 30-45 minút a keď si to užijete a budete to tak cítiť napíšete nám recenziu . Program sa bude skladať zo silového, HIIT a funkčného tréningu + výživy.

⬇️Core with stick🧹 variety⬇️

The summer 🌞 is behind the door and I am sure many of you have started working on that 6 pack 🙂

Add this great exercise variety with pole, dowel, broomstick or anything light you have around the house 😉

✍️

1, Dead bugs
2, ABB curl
3, Stick to knee/toe
4, Straight leg sit up
5, Paddling
6, Back extension / to row
7, Behind head row
8, Superman's

X 10 reps for each / doubble up for paddling

beginners X 2️⃣rounds
intermediate X 3️⃣rounds
advanced X 4️⃣rounds

▶️ 30 sec rest after each

▶️ one round will take no more than 5 min...

try it out, focus on coordination, control and as little swinging while performing the exercises.

Weather was decent in Dublin last week so we went out to the calisthenic park in Sport Campus 🌞

We have prepared ''Calisthenics Upper Body Workout'' for the end of the week😉💪

You can do absolutely amazing upper body workout with your body weight. I haven't been practicing muscle ups and similar kind of stuff for a while so the form wasn't 100 % yet, but it felt great to use the bars again 🙃

The high pull up bar was bit wobbly so I had to use two ''solid '' separate bars instead for most of the exercises. And yes! it is easier to do muscle up on the two separate bars, since you have more space for transition to the dip phase ☝️

Although this will be for more advanced fitness enthusiasts, I am sure even beginners can pick some exercises from this routine 😉

This is what I have done 💬👇

WARM UP

1️⃣ INVERTED ROW + DIPS + LEG RAISES 10 REPS EACH X 2-3

You want to really warm up your shoulder and elbow joints before this!

MAIN PHASE

2️⃣ MUSCLE UP 6 REPS + 20 m sprint up/back X 3

1 min recovery after each

3️⃣ MUSCLE UP 6-1 REPS + TOE TO BAR X 10 REPS

X 6 ROUNDS (each round cut 1 rep down for muscle up, or until exhaustion)

1 min recovery after each

4️⃣ PULL UP + STRAIGHT BAR DIP 8 REPS EACH X 3 ROUNDS

1 min recovery after each

Go out to your local park 🌳🌲🍁 and try this short, very intense🔥 routine! If you haven't get your first muscle up, perform it on the low bar with jump, or do chest to bar pull up instead😉

You have to be dedicated, commited and willing to struggle throught the learning journey.
Always remember the reason you have started.
Do not back down from a challenge.
Sometimes it is going to be hard as hell, sometimes you will feel it is impossible to do it but always remeber ‼️that you have all the skills you need and that the only limit is YOU‼️
