1st day of February 2026. Its Imbolc AND a full moon!! Double whammy....

Looking forward to the Chinese new year of the horse arriving in soon. Apparently we will be supported by an energy of forward movement and momentum in the year of the horse- thats if we actually decide to mount up and utilise the benefits I suppose🙃 we all gotta choose for ourselves how we will play this hand!

Hopefully this will bring a refreshing new start for all whom felt 2025 absolutely throttled them with health issues, grief & loss, breakups, diversions and reality checks they didnt see coming......its been a rough ride for so many. Better days will come 🙏

I definitely feel the new energy rolling in, it was absolutely beautiful up here in Knockma today. We are very blessed with our beautiful lands here in èire 🇮🇪

Im looking at the last lap of the year now, final coaching clients of 2025 will be enrolled over the next few weeks. Time nor tide stands still for no-one ......

The first thing Emma told me when we met was that she had done many healing modalities and never felt change. Despite really wanting to heal and evolve she felt no benefit. She said she witnessed everyone around her on their journey experience profound healing and transformation and for her it had zero effect, felt like it ran right off her. She didnt think she could be helped 💔

Sometimes we dont feel worthy to recover. Other times we a terrified to look at what needs to be seen. Navigating your personal blocks is impossible if you cant see what's there or how to overcome them.

So proud of this client who is now embarking on retraining in a career that is aligned with her purpose and will truly fulfill her. Its an honour to have been be part of this journey with her and get to witness her unfurl and transformationright before my eyes. Thank you for sharing Emma x

This is a fated time of collapse and breaking down of the old

Human consciousness has expanded to a level that has allowed us to stretch past and break out of life perspectives, ideologies, beliefs and conditioning that won't be coming forward into the next chapter of life

This can essentially feel like your life is crumbling at your feet as you no longer resonate with the old version of yourself, the life you've lived til now and the people in it. THIS IS HUGE. However, it is an illusion. You are not breaking down, you are going through a huge energetic reorientation after lots of major purges of toxic energies from your field.

A new upgraded, elevated, expanded version of yourself awaits beyond this messy part. I have guided enough people out of this stage to know there is an amazing life ahead for you that can be sooooo much more incredible than you could ever have dreamed✨️✨️✨️

Every single client that comes to me has been wronged in some way by another human being.
Just when I think I have heard it all and couldn't be shocked at anything else I am presented with, I am humbled and proved very wrong....

If these people could see the tapestry of Karma they are weaving for themselves and the future generations of their lineage they might think twice. Yet again, they might not 😔 cos they are operating outside of their heart-space.

What I energetically see in a perpetrators energyfield is that they are so far gone that they are entangled into justification. They have found a way to justify the harm they inflicted on another. Thats how they avoid the guilt and suppress the urge to engage in any sort of healing work.
It's a falsity though, somewhere, somehow, another poor soul down the ancestral line will find themselves doing their healing work. Maybe that's you? Peeling back layers and layers of ancestral baggage of wrongs and crimes commited by those gone before you.....
Or maybe you're left with the burdens of the maliciousness of another and failing to comprehend how you were served this raw deal?

And for any of you that may read this and panic that perhaps you've unintentionally wounded people as you moved through life, I want to assure you that everything gets calculated by your intent. If you acted out of self protection, privacy, peace, needing boundaries etc then thats not intentionally harming another. It's all down to the intent.

I salute you children walking barefoot on the thorny paths carved out for you. 2025 is a year of karmic purge for sure.
