Addicted? Me? 🤣
I find it very hard to resist buying cookbooks and if I find more than 2 recipes that I like then thats a good buy
(I can’t get rid of those I don’t though🙈)

Very retro Sunday supper - double crumbed chicken fillet baked with some fresh pineapple, served with a spiced yoghurt, (bought) wedges and some padron peppers . Altogether delicious 😋
I do need to buy some glacé cherries though 🤣
