Next Level Skillnet offer upskilling programs and business supports to companies of all sizes. We aim to enhance productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability for Irish Companies. We offer a range of programs suitable for all levels of employees,

managers, and Leaders. Our programs include certified and non-certified programs and allow the development of staff to the Next Level. Our programs are highly subsidised, so we can provide training that is extremely cost effective. Skillnet Ireland is funded from the National Training Fund and the European Union through the Department of Education, Research, Innovation and Science. Our programs include Training in Management, Leadership Development, Supply Chain, Science and Technology, Machinery, Childcare, and Project Management. We are based in Shannon, but we provide training on a National basis with members throughout Ireland.

We are delighted to announcement that joining us for this years SNS Expo & Next Level Skillnet Conference, "Turning Talent into Triumph" is Ian Hannon.

Ian is the founder and MD of Activate Training & Consultancy, which is now celebrating it's 11th year. 🎤Our first speaker announcement for the SNS Expo & Next Level Skillnet Conference 2026, "Turning Talent into Triumph" is here and we are excited to introduce our Keynote Speaker, Denise O'Brien.

Denise is an organisational development specialist and founder of O’Brien Learning Solutions, based in Shannon, Co. Clare. She leads the The EVOLVE Programme, working with a multidisciplinary team of consultants to help organisations strengthen culture, develop talent, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
