Messing around while training and wanted to see what the core was like 😂good one to do if you don’t have an ab roller in the gym grab a trx .wasn’t easy 🤣🤣🤣on fire 🔥

Delighted with myself 💪❤️finally hit my PB @ 100kg .TIme and consistency with my training also good habits with nutrition took time but I finally got tere especially minding my back issues with osteoarthritis. Something I’m learning to look after for my later years in life 👵never give up on yourself 💪
