LOETB Portlaoise Further Education Centre provides courses from QQI Levels 1 to 6, to adults who wish to return to learning, including Adult Basic Education, English for speakers of other languages, Business, Office and IT, Childcare & Healthcare. Laois

Portlaoise FET Centre provides further education and training courses for young people and adults. Courses are available for those

looking to return to education, or perhaps upskill in a current role. A range of courses are available on a part-time and full-time basis depending on your own circumstances, from QQI Level 3-6, during the day and in the evening. Courses include:

- English for speakers of other languages (Advanced ESOL)
- Computers skills and IT
- General Office skills
- Business Programmes
- Payroll and Accountancy
- Marketing
- Healthcare Support
-Music Studies
- Early Learning and Care (Childcare) including Special Needs Assistant
- Sustainable Development
