Sunflower Montessori Sunflower Montessori was set up by sisters Sharon and Michelle. We are taking names for September.

We are just off the N11, if you're coming from Wicklow, take exit 13, for Newtownmountkennedy, we are on the right hand side. If you're coming from Dublin direction take 2nd exit for Newtownmountkennedy, exit 13, take left at roundabout, then left at T junction, we are on the left hand side, after the Dublin turn off for N11.

We'd like to wish all the children, especially our class of 2026, who are starting primary school in the next week or two all the best. We hope you have a wonderful first day and a fantastic year ahead! 💛

Preparation is so important for this big transition, it's such a big step for students and their parents!! 💛

We did lots of work to prepare our class, especially during our last term, we did something each day, role play, lots of discussions in circle time, working on developing their independence, confidence, self esteem, language and social skills 💛

We had a very special visit from past students, they told our class so much about their school, all about PE, lunchtime, what they have to bring, how much fun it is, they brought in books, their uniforms and answered lots of questions!💛

We have raised enough to get an AED for our community and also to get an AED and kit for a Community First Responder!! ❤️

This AED is accessible 24/7 and located just outside Sunflower Montessori - A63DK70 ❤️
