A huge thank you to all the students and staff involved in organising a fabulous morning in our school library last week for the schools launch of a new education resource exploring the 1926 census.
We are extremely proud of all our students, you were a credit to yourselves, your families and our school.

🌟 TY & First Year Buddies 🌟

What a fantastic day for our TY and First Year buddies in Desmond College! 🎉

The students had a great time mingling and getting to know each other in the PE Hall before heading out together for a lovely walk along the Greenway. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It was wonderful to see friendships forming, plenty of chats and lots of smiles along the way!

A huge thank you to all the teachers who gave their time to join the students on the walk and help make the day such a great success.

Well done to everyone involved! 👏

🌍 Geography, but make it local! 🗺️

Ms. Browne’s 1st Year Geography class swapped the classroom for the great outdoors as they headed off on a local field trip to investigate land use! 🏠🌳🚜

From spotting different ways our local area is used to putting their geographical skills to the test, our budding geographers discovered that there’s a lot more to land than meets the eye! 👀

Who knew Geography could involve so much walking, observing… and very important fieldwork! 🌴🥾
