We had the pleasure of working with the Transition Year students in Cross and Passion College this year who participated in our Pop Up Restaurant course. It was wonderful to see their final ideas, set design and theme come to life last week where they created a fine dining 1920’s style restaurant for 95 people. They are an incredible group of students whose passion, creativity and hard work was very obvious. Well done to all the students and thank you to the school for allowing us to transform their assembly hall into The Cabaret restaurant for a night.

We were delighted to support the Kilcullen community and work with the incredible transition year students in Cross and Passion College over the last few days celebrating key people in our community. We decorated the Community Hall with the students in a festive Thanksgiving theme.

Our busiest month of the year has culminated in 2 TY Pop Up Restaurants, this module consist of 8 weeks training the Students both front of house and in the kitchen. The design of the restaurant from the name, the theme and all menu items is completely down to these amazing Students.
On the first night in CPC Kilcullen we served 67 people a beautiful 4 course fine dining menu including petit fours! This was an incredible night and an honour to work with these inspirational Students. Well done everyone, you deserved your standing ovation.
