Teamworks Workshop
Our 5th Year students took part in an exciting team building workshop on Monday. This two hour programme was designed to challenge their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way. In the first part of the session, students worked through a series of short, fast paced challenges, starting with warm up puzzles before diving into activities such as:
Puzzles & Word Association Games
“Crane Stack” & “Build It High” tasks
Water based relays
Team vs Team games like Cup Stack, X’s & O’s, and Rubik’s Cube
“Sneak a Peak” challenge
These activities encouraged creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughter as students worked together to achieve their goals. In the second part, “CRACK the CODE”, teams faced a mix of numeracy and literacy puzzles to earn clues and unlock a final safe, putting all their teamwork skills to the test.

NEW STRENGTH & CONDITIONING ROOM
We are delighted to announce the completion of our brand new Strength & Conditioning Room, a significant investment in the health, fitness and sporting development of our students.
This fantastic new facility will benefit all students, while also providing our school sports teams with an excellent environment to develop their strength, conditioning and performance.
The facility includes:
6 fully equipped squat racks – each with an Olympic bar, 150kg of weights and bench
Dumbbells from 2.5kg to 40kg
13 meter astroturf track for weighted sled training
A huge thank you to T & T Fitness Systems for supplying and fitting all of the equipment and helping us bring this project to life.
The new Strength & Conditioning Room will also be available to rent in the evenings, alongside our other school sports facilities.
We are really looking forward to seeing our students and teams make the most of this fantastic new addition to our school
