Dreaming of ballet and the endless possibilities that dance can bring to your everyday life? Then look no further. This is the right time to invest in yourself. We are running our 3rd year of our annual ADULT BALLET RETREAT and the good news is there's still a few spaces left. It's open to all adult ballet dancers - all ages & levels of experience. Our guest teacher Miss Helen Steggles FISTD will take you through a morning warm up on the mat, then a two hour ballet class before lunch where you can take a walk enjoy a picnic or hang out with fellow dancers. The class will be suitable for mixed levels and you can absolutely take it at your own pace. In the afternoon you'll be treated to some group discussions and choreography challenges and we will finish the second day with a lovely performance. It's the highlight of our dance year calendar! Everyone looks forward to it and you could be there too.
