Congratulations Saoirse fantastic result !

A superb run from Saoirse Ballesty Byrne earlier today saw her win gold in 100m FISEC Games in Budapest today, and a new PB helped round off the celebrations.
In fact it was her second PB of the day as the morning started with the semifinals and a win. Saoirse's friend and room mate for the week also qualified for the final and finished fifth in a high quality event.
But Saoirse couldn't rest on her laurels for long as last event of the day was the 200m semis - run in 31°.
But this young Naas woman didn't wilt, taking the lead early in the straight to win pulling up. She faces this final tomorrow and may take a leg of the medley relay to bring the weeks athletics to a close

Huge congrats to on winning the All-Ireland U-16A title with victory over Cavan. A special mention to our very own students Amber Blake, Rachel Enright, Anna Whelan, Sarianna Hannick, Ellen Moran, Caoimhe Costello, Siah McManus and Aoife Hayes who were a part of the Kildare team. Huge congrats to James Costello also on a fantastic victory. James is a huge support to St. Marys College GAA and this is well deserved for all his hard work.
