Midleton Hillwalking Club is based in East Cork and operates in all mountainous areas of the south as well as further afield, we also cater for lower level walks, forest trails etc.

Grateful to Steph for summing up our week in Mallorca in her post on the Whatsapp group:

"The club holiday that keeps on giving...wonderful in so many ways...a week we all join forces. This year was no exception, a truly uplifting week in the VERY BEST OF COMPANY. Sharing, laughing, walking, swimming, yoga, eating, chatting, singing, and a wee bit of shopping 🛍️ 😄...in the sunshine (mostly)!🤣by the sea. To the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Sharon 🤓we thank you for arranging and organising this wonderful annual holiday."

Well done to those who participated in the Club's annual charity walk on Saturday. They raised more than €1000 for a local group, East Cork Parents and Friends (of people with Intellectual Disabilities). The groups run events and summer camps for people with Intellectual Disabilities in the area. The walk was along the People's Path in Aghada and was followed [as usual!] by delicious homemade treats.
