Coláiste Chiaráin Rowing Club (CCRC) CCRC is a school rowing team based in Castleconnell, Co. Limerick. We have crews ranging from J14 to J18 quadruple sculls, single and double sculls.

Don't forget, training this week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 10am til 12 noon each day with Castleconnell HOR on Saturday so there will be no training on Saturday.

Sponsored Run/Walk/Row next week for 95FM. Want two teams to row 95k each. First years rowing at least 1km each and all the other years doing 10km. 10km does not have to be done in one go, it can be broken into two 5km segments

Kevin J16 1x Sunday heat at 10:15am
J14 4x+quad Sunday at 2.15pm - Straight Final

Well done to everyone at Cork Regatta today, good performances from everyone. Congrats to Nora who won at J14 1x and Kevin and Sam who won the C Final of Mens Division 2 2x. There will be no training on Monday, training is back at the usual time on Tuesday 2nd July

the following crews will race on Friday evening in Cork between 5pm and 9pm:
WJ18 1x - Grainne, Roisin
WJ18 2- - Grainne, Roisin
MJ18 1x - Kevin

The rest of the crews will race on Saturday:
MJ16 1x - Sam
MJ16 2x - Sam, Kevin
MJ16 4x+ - Rob, Kevin, Sam, Conor Bryce
MJ15 1x - Conor, Jack, Kyle (15:25)
WJ14 1x - Nora (11:00)
WJ14 4x+ - Nora, Olivia, Ciara, Aisling, Caitriona (12:45)

Other times are not yet available but will be sent on as soon as possible. Also please don't forget that I still don't have passport photos from all of you yet and should you win in Cork you won't be able to claim your prize if you do not have your IARU card. So far I have Kevin, Nora, Sam and Aisling.
