Happy New Year to all our friends and families in St John’s - hope you all had a lovely break ………
Parents classes are back !
Beginners English on Tuesdays
Literacy on Thursdays
Improvers English on Fridays
We are also starting YOGA classes on Wednesday 24th of January !!! 🧘‍♂️
Free of charge !
We have spaces in all classes …..
And just look at at the AMAZING art our infants have done since returning to school !

So - a busy week ahead !
Christmas performances happening on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week - and Christmas Raffle on Thursday .
This year as usual we’ve an AMAZING array of hampers to be won !
A huge thank you to our Parents Association for all their hard work in providing the hampers . All profits from raffle will go toward subsidising children’s activities in the coming months . And thank you for all the fantastic support to date !

Half of the hampers are ready !
Tickets will be available til next Thursday morning- €1 a strip

We had a fabulous day last Friday when Santa visited our school ! He had a busy morning meeting over 300 pupils , giving out selection boxes and having his photo taken with pupils !!!
Lots more happening next week with Christmas performances taking place next Tuesday and Wednesday and our BIG RAFFLE taking place next Thursday 🤩
And our pupils have created some AMAZING art work to celebrate this time of the year 💖

Getting ready for our next Christmas event !
Santa is planning a visit to our school on Friday 8th of December - it’s a colours day so children can wear their own clothes ……..
Each child can get their photo taken with the great man as a photographer will also be at the school …….. and a little treat for each of our wonderful children 😁
And it all takes place here ……..

🌲💖🌲💖🌲💖🌲💖🌲💖🌲💖🌲💖What a fabulous day we had today in St. John’s !!! We kicked off the Christmas celebrations with the Turning on of the Lights ! We had guest speakers , a visit from past staff members , children singing in multiple languages - and they were AMAZING!!!!
As for the HOT CHOCOLATE !!!

It’s been a busy month here in St. John’s . Parent teacher meetings have taken place with great support from everyone . 🌲Christmas preparations are ongoing - our Turning on of the Lights happens tomorrow with music and treats for all . A lovely way to start the season 🌲In the meantime , enjoy some of our students art and get an insight into the hard work that goes in behind the scenes …..,.

Hope everyone’s is enjoying the midterm break ! And had some fun on Halloween night 🎃. We had lots of fun in school last Friday !!! Well done to everyone for all the effort they made to help make it a Spooktacular day . And congratulations to all our Hamper Winners !!!! All money raised will be used to fund school resources and activities .Enjoy the rest of the break and see ye on Monday 😎 ( As you can see we had an invasion of Dalmatian’s - as well as lots of other creatures on the day !)
