Today the team at MSLETB Family Learning Quick and Easy Meals made delicious Homemade Burgers and Apple Crumble.

Upcoming family courses are Culinary Operations Level 3 from November 2026 to Easter 2027 and Sewing for Christmas _ Monday mornings for 6 weeks starting on the 9th November 2026.

Despite Eileen being in a " Big Boot" last Tuesday at the Family Learning Quick and Easy Meals course in Northside with this super team a delicious Spagetti Bolognese and mouth watering French Toast with Berry Coulis and Mascarpone was created!!

Our MSLETB Family Learning Quick and Easy Meals classes at Northside Community Centre are underway and a range of cooking skills are in practice.

Over the past two sessions participants have made Chicken Pasta Bake, Chicken Curry, Lemon and Strawberry Cheesecakes, Butterfly and Iced Buns, Lemon Cake and Apple Cake.
