What a wonderful idea!

📵 Ready to ?

The countdown to our 7th annual is officially on!

Starting at 7pm on Friday, 16 October, we’re both encouraging and challenging families, schools, and companies across Ireland to switch off and step away from screens for 24 hours.

That means phones. Tablets. Laptops. Game consoles. Smart devices. All off.

And if 24 hours feels like a bit too much… why not take a and switch off for 12 hours instead?

Taking a break from the online world gives us a chance to unplug, recharge, reset and reconnect with what matters most.

Last year almost 50,000 people disconnected to reconnect. We'd love to double it this year.

Ready to switch off? Sign up today👇
