As another school year comes to an end in Templemary National School we had a beautiful end of year mass and graduation to mark the occasion. We wish the class of 2026 the best of luck in their next journey. Don't be a stranger and we look forward to seeing your next adventures ✨️

Wishing the best of luck to our 2 senior boys, Cian Farrell and George Munnelly this coming Sunday. They are lining out with the Ballina Stephenites under 14 Hurling team, playing in the Division 3 National Final in the Táin Óg Competition in Breffni Park , Cavan, against Na Piarsaigh from Louth. Best of luck to them and to their teammates. We are all routing for you. 💪

Summer Vibes in Templemary this week!!!!
Taking in the beautiful scenery from our back yard, we took full advantage of the sunshine doing our maths lessons outside on our astro pitch while the older students took in some more history while on their swimming trip to Ballina...
The pupils visited the Humbert Monument in Ballina. The monument was erected in memory of General Humbert and all those who gave up their lives to try to free their country.

Tomorrow is a huge day for the pupils in our senior room who are taking part in ChessZ All Irelands competition in Nenagh Co. TIipperary. We have three teams taking part in the competition. All the hard work all year will shine tomorrow. Special mention to our principal Mr. Dunford without his hard work the pupils would not have come this far...

We love a bit of history at Templemary so we took full advantage of our swimming trips to Ballina over the last 2 weeks to take in some local historical sights...

The children visited the Dolmen of the four Maols and the Ballina World War 1 Memorial. The memorial commemorates the 182 Ballina men who lost their lives during the war. History on our door step.....
