C&A'S GYM COACH PROGRAMME

Making training at the gym more affordable 💪😁😉

So how does it work??
You pick your days and times each week for 1 month

You then get a consultation to discuss your goals where we check your weight , measurements and get to know and understand what help you need before you commence your programme .

On your allocated time slots , there will be others training at the same time so even though its not 1 to 1 training , you all have a coach there to guide and pish you through your programme

We will make sure your training to uoir best ability and getting the most you can during yoir time .

So feel free to grab a frend and join together
