Summer improvements 🤩

While everyone was enjoying the summer break, there was plenty happening behind the scenes at Scoil Dara!

Our summer improvements include:

🎨 Fresh paint throughout the buildings
💻 New CleverTouch screens installed
🏫 New flooring in the social areas
📚 A newly refurbished library
💻 New laptops for staff
🖥️ New desktop computers and a refreshed layout in the staffroom

A massive thank you to Michael Harte, our caretaker, for all the fantastic work he carried out over the summer. We really appreciate the time, effort and care he put into getting everything ready for today. 👏

A huge thank you also to Elaine, Mona and our cleaning staff for all their hard work, and to Eamon Mulvihill and Damien Downey for their invaluable help and expertise with the IT refurbishment.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone make the most of our updated spaces and facilities, and we know our students will enjoy them for many years to come! 💙✨

Best wishes to 2nd year students Emma Geoghegan Craig and Lauren McGuinness who are representing their respective football leagues at the Gaynor Cup this week. Both girls got off to a winning start yesterday evening at the prestigious competition held in the University of Limerick ⚽️ 🏆
