A little moment to celebrate. 💙
When we began developing Horses Connect Training, our aim was to create something that reflected what we had learned through years of working alongside horses and people.
• The understanding that good intentions are not enough. Safe, ethical, inclusive, horse-centred equine-assisted work requires knowledge, skill, reflection, boundaries and ongoing personal and professional development.
• The ability to give participants the space to explore their own experience, make their own connections and find their own answers through interacting with horses on the ground.
• Horse-centred work where our horses are recognised as sentient partners in the process and never tools or props.
Today, we are delighted to share another milestone in that journey.
Horses Connect Training has been accepted as an Accredited CPD Provider by The CPD Standards Office.
There is still much more to build, and that is exactly how it should be.
But today, the two and four-legged teams at Horses Connect are celebrating.
