These are the easiest protein pancakes to make with over 50g of protein!
I personally use peanut butter and banana with some honey for mine 😋

💕 Happy Valentines Day 💕
On what's known as the day of love, make sure to take time to show yourself some love too!
So take some time today to show yourself some love by:
❤️ Going to an exercise class, you enjoy and appreciate what your body can do. Also, enjoy the chats with other people in the class
❤️ Nourishing your body by cooking your favourite meal and sitting down to enjoy it without distractions
❤️ Take some time to journal about what you love about yourself today and what you enjoy to do for yourself
❤️ Connect with yourself and take some time for some breath work or a meditation on self-love today
❤️ And probably the most important for your heart health, get a good night's sleep! Why not unwind with a nice cup of tea and a face mask as a treat to yourself today

This year is the year I found out just how strong I can be.
A lot changed for me this year, but I was lucky to have good people around me for support.
I've had a lot of lows but also a lot of highs:
✨️ I saw the northern lights
✨️ Celebrated my birthday with close friends
✨️ Organised a hen party for a friend
✨️ Had a gym family wedding
✨️ Moved into a new apartment
✨️ Went on a retreat to SOMA FIGHT CLUB with Kartal Retreats
✨️ Found myself in Bali
✨️ Was lucky enough to see Coldplay and The Script
✨️ We had a new addition to the family making me an aunty
✨️ Got to teach classes in Fit Lane Galway
✨️ Finishing the year 10kg lighter
Despite having a big change in my life this year I'm finishing a stronger person.
2024 knocked me down
2025 I'm coming back

🍴 New Recipe Alert 🍴
This chicken rice dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. It can be used for a few days or frozen for a busy day. A fried egg on top is another way to add extra protein.

Squats are the perfect exercise for building up strength in your legs, mainly working the quads and glutes with other muscles assisting. Check out some handy cues on slide 3 for improving your form.
Bodyweight squats are perfect for beginners to the gym and then can be progressed to weighted versions (see the last slide).

🍴 New Recipe Alert 🍴
After a few months of not being 100% organised with my own nutrition, I got back to meal prepping last weekend.
I made this turkey chilli for my lunch for Monday to Thursday this week. It takes about 25 minutes, including prep, and can be frozen on the day for another day. I only top it with cheese just before I'm going to eat it!
