Join us for our Open Day on Sunday 28th June, 11am to 1pm. All welcome, come and grow with us.

Spend the morning with us at Enniscorthy Community Allotments, and see what our community garden is all about. Here's what's on:

🌿 Guided plot tours and a chance to meet the growers
🎨 Artwork on canvas with Dean O'Connor
🌼 Plant clinic with Geoff Stebbings, so bring your garden questions
🎶 Music and poetry with Elizabeth Drwal
🍯 Tutor stands on food preservation, nature therapy and therapeutic horticulture

Whether you already grow or are just curious about life on the plots, there's a warm welcome waiting. Bring the family, bring a friend.

What a truly special day we had celebrating 50 years of Templeshannon Community & Childcare Centre ❤️

Our community came together to mark an incredible milestone and to honour the vision and dedication of the small group of pioneering women who started it all five decades ago. From very humble beginnings and many challenges along the way, they created something that has supported generations of children and families in our community.

It was so lovely to hear stories from one of our founding members and from past staff who shared memories, laughter, and reflections from over the years. Their words reminded us of the deep sense of community, care and connection that has always been at the heart of Templeshannon.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on the day, former staff, our current staff who continue this incredible work every day, families, children, committee members, friends and neighbours. We are so proud of the team continuing the legacy today with such dedication and care.

We are also incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and to the businesses and individuals who generously donated spot prizes and supported our celebrations. Your kindness and community spirit helped make the day so special.
