Rooted in the Forest School philosophy, and led by an experienced Forest School leader, these woodland camps near Knockjames Tulla, encourage confidence, curiosity, resilience, and connection with the natural world in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Children will spend their days exploring nature, building dens, creating woodland crafts, playing imaginative games, and learning through hands-on experiences beneath the trees.

Group sizes are kept small, allowing time and space for each child to be heard and to thrive.

New terms of Forest School starting this weekend:
Saturdays for 5-10yrs in Ennis;
Sundays for 8-12yrs in Tulla.

What to Expect at Forest School:
Nature crafts and bushcraft.
Fire-lighting skills.
Food on the fire to share.
Swings, ropes & adventures.
Freedom of choice in play and learning.
Imaginative games and roleplaying.
Supported risky play.
Exploring and discovering.
Learning about the natural world and your place in it.
Relaxing in the hammock.
Making friends and becoming part of a woodland community.

Another lovely group of 1st Class children from Barefield NS. Such a pleasure to work with this school every year!
