Mixed Doubles Intermediates with my partner in crime, my husband — what a weekend. Pushed to the limit, backed each other all the way, and left it all out on the floor 💪

Seven workouts over three days… every single one was some craic. But more than that — this weekend lit a serious fire in me 🔥

My training has just gone to another level. Big goals set, big plans in motion… and I’m only getting started.

And it doesn’t stop with me — I’ve massive plans for too. Raising the standard, levelling up the training, and bringing the equipment and experience to the next level 🚀

Tried to stick with ya but jaysus you were gone 😅Different gravy altogether 👏

And sure look — it’s plain as day… you’ve been graftin at the HYROX classes in and I’ve been… hittin the odd one here and there 🫠

No blagging in that race.You either did the work or ya didn’t.

We got it done 💪But I was hanging on for dear life half the time 😂

Lesson learned — cop on, get consistent, and stop messing.
