Yoga first called to me through movement — the fire, the flow, the thrill of finding edge and ease in breath and body. But over time, it’s become something deeper. A quiet undoing. A tender shedding.

There were moments that felt like unraveling — almost painful in their honesty — but they led to something else: growth, transformation, a fuller sense of self. An abundance I didn’t even know I was seeking.

Now I stand at the threshold of something new again. A different body. A different mind. Motherhood has rewritten me in ways I’m still discovering. The practice… shifts. It’s no longer about finding a pose. It’s about finding presence in chaos. Wonder in fatigue. Grace in the not-knowing.

I wonder now: what is yoga for me? It feels both ancient and brand new.

Social media feels strange — curated, far away from my real moments. But I share this not to perform, but to connect. To say: I’m here. I’m changing. And maybe you are too.

The mat looks different now. But the journey continues — breath by breath.
