Sugar Blossoms

I designed cakes for several years before progressing to Cake Decorating Tutor. I am also an accredited Tutor/ Demonstrator for Patchwork Cutters.

In addition to teaching evening classes, I have taught all modules of the PME Certificate Courses plus a selection of workshops that suit all levels of experience. My expertise is making handmade sugar flowers for which I have won many awards most recently gold medals in Ireland & the UK.. I create beautiful realistic sugarflowers for wedding and celebration cakes. Flowers can be made to match or co-ordinate with any theme
