IBi is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our staff team (part-time role, 20-25 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting Christian theological education and ministry. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day life of IBI, assisting students, staff, lecturers, and the wider IBI mission throughout the academic year.
We are looking for someone with:
• strong organisational and interpersonal skills;
• experience managing projects and people;
• excellent administrative and IT skills;
• the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment;
• and a commitment to the mission, values, and ethos of IBI.
The successful candidate will contribute fully to the life and community of IBI while helping ensure the smooth running of the Institute’s operations and student support activities.
