What actually repeats?
If you can’t hold twice per week, adding more won’t fix it.
Start there.
Most people can push for a few days.
That’s not the issue.
It’s what happens after that.

There’s just no real structure to the week.
It’s rarely one meal.
It’s the overall pattern.
When do you actually train?
Decline doesn’t feel like decline.
You feel fine… for a long time.
Then something shifts.
And suddenly, everything drops.
I nearly delayed posting this.
It felt like the “better” time was Monday.
That’s usually how it works.
We wait for things to calm down.
They don’t.
There’s no right time.
