If we can make every effort to notice and acknowledge the things that you’re grateful for each day, this can help to brighten up your day, lift your mood and help you to feel much more positive in the face of challenges.

Try finding 3 things per day that you are grateful for. You will be sure to notice so much more.

You get to write your own story, choose your own characters but first pay attention to the one that is already playing. Are there nay parts of this story that you want to keep, any characters you wbat to hold on too. You can to choose. Take time to reflect and then decide. Life could become very interesting for you, once you take control and you decide what you want you to become.
