On 27/05, a delegation from AMLÉ, PWO & TRSA presented a briefing at Leinster House regarding the funding crisis caused by Research Ireland's recent changes to the funding landscape. These have effectively decimated funding for early & mid-career researchers. Such an egregious attack on blue skies research & academic freedom cannot be allowed to stand. Today, we look forward to joining numerous members of the IDEA network, including Trocaire and others, at Leinster House, alongside people from across Ireland calling for meaningful action on the Occupied Territories Bill.

As a community committed to global justice, human rights, and active global citizenship, we recognise the urgency of this moment and the importance of continuing to stand in solidarity with those affected by ongoing injustice and displacement in Palestine.

The demonstration is being organised by the Walk the Petition Collective.
