Here is a sample lesson of Inoculated Life by Gorguts taken from the album Considered Dead complete with tab and a backing track.The original track is tuned to Db but for the sake of this lesson, we are tuned a full step above in Eb. Here is a sample lesson of Postmortem by Slayer from the 1986 album Reign in Blood.

The goal is to down pick or down stroke as much of the song as possible to build up stamina in the picking hand/arm. The key is to not tense up but keep your motions loose and relaxed.
