Here is a sample lesson of Postmortem by Slayer from the 1986 album Reign in Blood.

The goal is to down pick or down stroke as much of the song as possible to build up stamina in the picking hand/arm. The key is to not tense up but keep your motions loose and relaxed.

If you enjoyed this sample lesson please visit my page and YouTube channel and like/subscribe to receive more content. Thank you. Big thanks to Dave Coyne at Beyond Decay Productions for recording and making the video. (Tuning - Eb)
