Our Story
Welcome to ESN UCD,
Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is the biggest student association in Europe. It is a non-profit international student organisation. Our mission is to represent international students, thus provide opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of Students Helping Students.
The network is constantly developing and expanding. We have around 15,000 active members that are in many sections supported by so called buddies mainly taking care of international students.Thus, ESN involves around 40,000 young people offering its services to around 220,000 international students every year.
We run trips, social events, language tandems and lots of other activities and we also provide support for international students studying in UCD.
ESN is a great place to meet new friends both international and Irish and our aim is to ensure you get as much out of your exchange experience in every way possible. So get on board and exchange your life with ESN!
