The Ape Academy is an online movement school, with Physical meet-up's.

Every month we present a different course taught by our various guest coaches. Ranging from Parkour and Kali to Handblancing, Flexibility, Card tearing, Yoga and more.

There will be 4 physical meeting ups a year including our 3 day Ape Escape Camp! Which gives you a chance to meet other students and pick up a new skill or two.

Happy New Year to everyone we've talked to, trained with and shared a laugh with this year.

A friend of ours Alister of Prodigal UPG, is doing a talk as part of the SpringMoves Dance Festival, tonight.

Alister was pivotal in help us set up, and is always super insightful when it comes to Parkour and Street Arts

the co-founder of the Urban Playground Team / Prodigal UPG join us on Fri 11 Dec, 7pm for a talk on the health of mongrels, boundary processes, glimpsed narratives, and how collaboration beyond our own practice can be the means of liberating ourselves and our audiences.

NEW YEAR'S CHALLENGE

Would you like to learn a new skill to jump start your new year?

We are looking for a group of 10 people to join us on a quest

Throughout November and December we will provide you with 9 weeks of Individualised Programs designed to help you increase your jump height and distance, build the strength and balance required for landing correctly and achieve a b-kick, Frisbee and b-twist by New Year's day.

The full cost of the program is €80 and its limited to 10 spaces.
