You don’t have to fix it all.
That feeling like you’re behind in your own life? The pressure to do better, be better, try harder, be stronger
But what if you didn’t try to fix everything at once and instead you just started with how you speak to yourself?
The way you push.
The way you judge yourself.
The way you carry all the expectations without giving yourself a break from your s**tty self-talk.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to be kinder — with your thoughts, your words, and your expectations of you.
💬 Inner voice.
🧠 Sh*tty Self-talk.
🌱 Go gently for resilience

You don’t even notice it anymore. That s**tty voice in your head.
The one that tells you you’re not doing enough.
That you should be further, better, you just need to push a bit harder, maybe then you'll finally feel okay with yourself.
And it’s been shaping how you see yourself for years.
But what if it’s just something you picked up along the way — and never thought to question?
What could change if you just gently… honestly… asked yourself, “Is this true?”
💬 Self-talk matters.
🧠 Awareness is the first step.

Every morning, you wake up with a list already running in your head:
“I should be doing X.”
“I should have my act together today.”
“I should be better than this.”
By the time you close your eyes at night, you're head's full of all the things you think you've failed at and the cycle begins again next morning.
What if one of those “shoulds” became “I could”?
It creates a space, gives you options, and lets you breathe!
One small shift in language can change everything, because how you speak to yourself is how you live with yourself.
Be kind on yourself, there is only one of you and you are amazing!

That nagging voice in your head has been there so long, you barely question it anymore.
But just because it’s familiar doesn’t make it true.
You didn’t choose that script — you inherited it.
And you don’t have to keep following it.

You’d never speak to your mates the way you speak to yourself.
So why is that voice in your head getting a free pass?
It’s not keeping you sharp —
and yet it’s probably wearing you down!
