When you are not feeling so good, try being around people who are. They are your people. They will raise you up and give you energy. When you are feeling low reach out to the person or people who get you and no effort is required. Energy is contagious! Who gives you energy?π

βTrue self love can be present in anything that adds value to your life, from diet to your spiritual rituals. A big part of self love is acceptance and being content with who you are. As a result of this self love is empowerment and liberation β.
