To celebrate World Book Day the primary class treated us to a wonderful performance based on the book 'Giraffes Can't Dance' by Giles Andrea. We were particularly impressed by the artistry that went into making their beautiful masks. Well done everyone!

Last week we had a very special visit from our neighbours at Kilbarrack Fire Station 🧑‍🚒 The children were so excited as you can see! Thank you so much Dublin Fire Brigade!

Happy New Year from everyone at Drumnigh Montessori Primary School! It is lovely to see all the children after the break and hear their news and we cannot wait to explore their new curiosities! Here are some photos from the recent Space theme in one of our ECCE classes. The children learned about all the planets in our solar system through books, puzzles, matching cards, drama and art. We even made our own galaxies!

Our Parent's Association met yesterday morning for a get-together at Kennedy's to kick-off the new school year. It was great to see new parents join and chat about how everyone settled into their new and familiar routines.

- Montessori Lead Teacher (3-6) with service manager responsibilities and LINC qualification

Join our team, to foster independence, curiosity, and community in our students. These positions are a fixed-term contracts starting at the end of August 2025.

Each position will be one of two teaching staff in the classroom, with small class sizes. We have a friendly, experienced team and a strong, supportive parent community, built over the past 60+ years since the school was founded. We welcome applications from qualified teachers who demonstrate a thorough understanding of Montessori principles.
