After our wonderful Easter Break our child retold us all about their treats, which brought about a conversation on healthy eating and treats. We spoke about favourite foods, dinners and treats and we even tasted new delicious vegetables 🥒 🥦🍓🥬🫑🌶️🍕🥕 learning through play

Our theme this week is Autumn … we created a sensory tuff tray with squirrels, hedgehogs and acorns. We enjoyed colour coding games, matching leaves and a squirrel came to visit at circle time 😀 🐿️.
Thursday was also Beep beep Day 🚗 . We learned about traffic lights, zebra crossing and Road safety … 🐿️ 🍁 🍂🌿🚦🚙learning through play

The life cycle of the frog 🐸 was our theme this week. We explored frog spawn, tadpoles and frogs. We created villages of Lego and built walls all while interacting with our friends. Learning through play 😁

Our theme this week is continents. We explored the 7 continents, culture, food and national animals. We made Lego continents and play dough countries. Learning through play 🗺️🌍

Our theme this week is Springtime 💐. We planted seeds and learnt all about growth. We explored the farm with cows 🐄 and calves with sheep and lambs. We are on the lookout for buds on trees and nests 🪺. Learning through play

Easter fun with gonks, rabbits and chicks 🐣. We enjoyed painting, gluing and so much fun at our Easter egg hunt 🐣. Learning through play. Happy Easter to all our families 🐣🐇

Continuing our farm theme with a sensory farm tuff tray. Crunching, stomping and squeezing while the animals enjoy their food. Lots of language development all while learning through play 🐮🐑🐷🐄
