First time to try and combine wet and dry felting. I chise to do a nature scene on both sides of the same bag. This was fun, but somehow feel I'm more suited to dry felting.
The bag came out bigger than I'd hoped, but it's all a learning curve.

I've been working on re-covering my two armchairs that I have and loved. I've never done this before and it was very tricky. I decided to use fabrics from an upholstery sample book.
It was a great way of recycling fabric, plus I loved the textures, fabric and colours.

A sketch from my last piece. A Victorian inspired 3 piece.
I always loved the designs and looks from that time and bygone fashions.

My latest pieces.
Inspired by the opulent ladies fashions of the late 1800's and Victorian Era.
I love the elaborate details and luxurious fabrics of that time period.
I made this 3 piece with that in mind. I had a lot of fun working with the designs of that period!

Chocolate Brown, Urban Oasis.

Found this fantastic spot in the heart of Tullamore, Co.Offaly

It definitely lives up to its name "urban oasis,"

A beautiful relaxing spot, with great coffee and food.
We were welcomed by a very friendly and informative member of staff who guided us around the beautiful art gallery and craft center.
Art is displayed in the upstairs gallery while the coffee shop area hosts the pottery and many crafts.

The walled garden outside has a marquee roof, so can be used in all weather. Definitely a very tranquil spot for your next caffeine hit!

It's a pleasure to encounter someone who is so passionate about their job and engages so well with the customers. We will definitely be back!

Tartan has always been one of my favorite materials to work with. I never get tired of it. It always creeps up in my designs.
This lace-up top was made from remnants from another project.
