I have been working with HSE in Ireland for more than two years now and actually came via CPSP HSE route from Pakistan back in 2021.
There are so many persistant queries that I see junior doctors have from all over the world like when jobs are advertised, the right job portals to apply on, concept of recruiters, how references work, you CV buildup, financial concerns, early life startup in 🇮🇪
Been through all of it, settles in and happy to help in any way possible in an organised way for everyone to get help.
Dont get demoralised because of job saturation or if your friend is trying for a couple of years and not in yet.
THERE IS STILL SPACE AND YOU WILL GET IN EVENTUALLY.
