Sunday 4th February marks the 150th anniversary of Countess Markievicz's birth.
You are invited to attend our event:
“Countess Markievicz – 150 Year Commemoration”
The event will be a short commemoration at the graveside of Countess Markievicz. Speakers will include:
Senator Ivana Bacik,
Mary Lou McDonald TD and
Patricia King from the Irish Congress of Trade Unions
they will discuss the three issues Constance Markievicz supported Labour Rights, Nationalism and Suffrage.
