Krav Maga is a practical, no-nonsense self-defense system originally developed for the Israeli military. It’s designed to help people protect themselves in real-world situations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What makes Krav Maga different?

Unlike traditional martial arts that may focus on sport or form, Krav Maga is all about survival and effectiveness. It emphasizes:
