Q: Any exam or exam technique tips for criminal tomorrow?

Ans: In Criminal, ‘Inchoate Offences’ such as Attempt and Conspiracy are worth learning really well as they can be referred to in most problem questions particularly where there’s more than one defendant. Students sometimes miss this opportunity by focusing only on the main topic of the question asked.
