Jesus in his might and full of power does not need to call for disciples... Ohhh why would he do that, since he controls the heart of King but he had the 12 disciples, he had the 7 apostles, he had the 3 and even the 1?

What was Jesus trying to teach?

Building social relationships is very key and vital. This is a knowledge-based economy where you don't chase money, rather you chase PEOPLE.

Why? Solutions are not in places but in PEOPLE(Underline this)

Learn to build people's relationship. Connect. Grow your network and it will grow your net worth

I know you finished with a first-class..oh you even finished with a second class..let me shock you "Do you know you can finish with a first-class and still live a third class life"?.

What then is my message? Learn to stretch your hand of relationship.

It is not only when you need help you should call or message. A simple call by just checking on them will go a long way. Don't only be a collector, also be a contributor.

Relevance is first captured in the place of discovering and demonstrating your life purpose

In 2013 that was when curiosity sit in. I wanted and needed to be self aware. There was a burden on me to become more and do more but the channel on how it will happen was what become the frustration

My life relevance was locked. I moved from pillar to pillar doing the good things and neglecting the right things. My instincts tells me to do more but the demonstration is what I don’t know

Latter in 2013, December 30th, was when transformation set in. That was when demonstration of power was in operation. That was when I realized my identity for existence.

From that day I stop running and chasing after the opinions of people. I stopped comparing myself with others. Since that day I then realized that illumination with Relevance begins from the day you know and understand your IDENTITY FOR EXISTENCE

The book of Romans 8 vs 28 says “Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”

If you must illuminate with relevance then you must never assume your life purpose. You see! Popularity becomes cheap when it is not activated with and for a purpose”

No one will manifest your brand. You just have to get up and scream it. Get up and show up daily.

Get up and vomit value. Consistently ignore shame and put on confidence. Your brand is the perception of what people think and feel about you.

Create that attention today. Create a scene to be seen. Push out that content today.

It is content that leads them to your brand. What you want people to feel about your brand is what you feel about your brand itself (Read again)

The devil has his own redefined assignment and he is earnestly doing everything within his capacity to steal, kill and to destroy

Now the question to ask is, Why and What do I live for. If you are unable to answer this question it is unfortunate to tell you that you will be kicked out from your life assignment, relevance and success.

The goal is not to imitate but to live for what you are wired to do. The goal of purpose is too deep and spiritual. However you just have to know why you exist so that you won’t run with the opinion of people, because the opinion of others is the thief of success

From my wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise, let me share with you how you can grow your brand and increase your brand visibility and credibility.

The term “personal branding” was coined back in 1997, by a man called Tom Peters. Peters told us that no matter what industry we work in, or where we live, we’re all CEOs of our brand, and that means that we must market ourselves just as vigorously as any product or service.

At this juncture, it is now important to ask ourselves how can I grow my brand?

(𝟏). 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 This is not about you. You are using your purpose now to add to humanity. And humanity is your audience. They are the primary goal. Without your audience, your purpose likely remains where you are. For instance, I love writing and developing ideas and using this to bless life's which stand to be my purpose why I live. So the next thing to do is to value my audience because they are the one I am connecting to. You are growing your output and brand recognition and you are delivering value to your audience. Your audience only cares about the value you add to them. They are concerned about the value they derive from what you create.

(𝟐). 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐀𝐑𝐄: Give attention to where people are consuming their content. If your audience is on Facebook Twitter and all other social networks. Connect to them. There you stand to gain reputable recognition. Why? You are meeting then where they are.

(𝟑). 𝐅𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘: Your story is your message. And it is your story that gets people activated to do more because you are now an authority. So what is your story? Who are you and what do you do. Tell a personal story to grow your brand. It should be unique. Improve on your story. You have to have faith and confidence in what you are doing.

In times like this, we when we talk of VALUE, it is very important to understand that VALUE can be two (2) things which are;

1. VIRTUE
2. YOUR TRANSACTIONAL SKILLS (BSC, MASTERS, PHD, PROFESSIONAL TRAININGS ETC)

However in times like this, value is now placed on the TRANSACTIONAL SKILLS over VIRTUE.

Truly, what we are dealing with is VIRTUE. And by virtue I mean, loyalty, humility, patience, trust, love, kindess etc.

You see! In the journey to GREATNESS, you rise first by your level of VIRTUE you have possessed.

You see! We are dealing with MEN and not robots. MEN are looking for people with transactional skills SUSTAINED WITH VIRTUE.

In 2013 and now, my life has changed, not because I created a system of advantage but I was willing to grow by my level of VIRTUE. I was ready to listen to people who were on their way to the TOP.

The way I wrote in 2013 and the way I write now are very different. Why? In 2016 I paid the price to grow not just because I have the TRANSACTIONAL SKILLS but my level of VIRTUE made it so.

So, in all thy getting, don't just be Valuable (Transactional skills) also posses some levels of VIRTUE and see how fast and quick you will rise in the journey of GREATNESS.

In the business of impact, training (Either paid or free) and coaching, I have made a vow that it is either I keep shut or I am a contributor of value.

This isn't just about putting up a paid training or a free training. This is another the business of people.

Everyone, YES! everyone even professionals seek ANSWERS. Putting up a paid training for the sake to extort money from people won't speak truth about what you do.

Your core intention must be value, value and value. Nothing more nothing less. I haven't seen someone who preached value and isn't wealthy. Pursue value and wealth will follow.

When JESUS saw the multitude, the bible says "And he was moved moved with compassion, and he HEALED their sick". Your strongest legacy must be centered on SOLVING PROBLEMS"

Jesus saw the MULTITUDE and he healed their sick (Problem SOLVING)

As a trainer or Coach or whatsoever, your primary and secondary concern must be centered on adding value either paid of free.

I know knowledge is not merger but if you must drive attention and people come to your dwelling place, please preach and pitch value.

Do you know you can earn a fee from what you do for Free? And you can earn nothing from what you do for a fee. The buttom line is BE A CONTRIBUTOR OF VALUE.

The bible says "All men look for Jesus". Why? Wherever Jesus went to, he was providing solutions and contributing value.

If no one is looking for you then you are only an ACCUMULATOR rather to be a DISTRIBUTOR of value.
